These terms apply when you use the SABO CARS website. By using the website, you agree to them.
Our service
SABO CARS lists cars for sale on this website. You can browse and search cars, ask us questions and tell us you want to buy a car.
Car information
We describe each car as accurately as we can, including its condition, damage, odometer reading and documents. Mistakes can still happen, so please check the details with us — and inspect the car where possible — before you buy.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in the currency stated on the website and may change. A car may be reserved or sold at any time, even while it is still shown on the website.
Buying a car
Pressing “Buy Now” or sending us a message is a request, not a binding purchase. A sale is only agreed when we confirm it with you in writing, including the final price, payment and handover.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details secret. You are responsible for what happens with your account.
Using the website
Do not misuse the website. In particular, do not try to break into it or disrupt it, collect its content automatically, or send false or abusive messages.
Content and photos
The text, photos and design of this website belong to SABO CARS or to the people who gave us permission to use them. Do not copy them without our permission.
Removing a listing
If you believe a listing concerns your vehicle and should be removed, press “Remove listing” on the car’s page to find out how to contact us.
Links to other websites
Our website links to social media and other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Liability
We provide the website “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where SABO CARS is registered.
